This license ends when you delete your content or your account unless the content has been shared with others and they have not deleted it.

You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.

All content and materials on the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Inksvilla or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content or materials on the App without our prior written consent.

Certain features of the App may require payment. If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All fees are non-refundable. Your continued use of the App after the fee change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the changed amount.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and you must delete all copies of the App from your devices. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of performance. Inksvilla does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the App is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Inksvilla, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Inksvilla, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the prevailing law of the origin country of the app that is Nepal., without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our App and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the App.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
